Through a written or verbal request for proposal, our competence Division will quickly response within a maximum period of 24 hours including public holidays, as a means to provide solutions to the potential client’s preoccupation. Call for Tenders addressed to us through the various contact platforms are equally, written or verbal to which our support team react spontaneously in accordance with the Tender Document.
We'll also provide answer to any questions you have about our professional services and provide an overview of our approach, mostly in written format.

Assignment Engagement.

Upon a successful and mutual understanding of the RFP or Call for Bid, each Assignment is concluded with a Letter of Engagement in which the professional basis for the realization of the assignment, including details about the consultants involved, the duration, budget, start date, deliverables, legal jurisdiction, clauses of force majeur etc  are properly defined.

Executive Summary and Reporting

1.Writing and submission of draft Audit reports.
Systematically when necessary, and most especially at the end of the field work, exit briefing meetings shall be held with the principal officers to debrief field findings during exist meeting.  

2.Correction and Submission of Final Reports.
Presentation of final reports within constituted organs (Management and Board Meetings, Annual General Assembly, etc.

3.Conservation and filing of final reports to relevant regulatory authorities.
Statutory Audit Reports, Inventory amongst others are filed to Inland Revenue Authorities, Central Bank, Banking Commission for Central Africa, Stock Exchange, Ministry of Finance etc.
